Marinated chicken with Blas, rice wine vinegar and a little soy. Best chicken I’ve ever had! Time to buy some more Blas. Also a great dipping sauce for chicken strips.

This sauce goes well beyond just being a dipping sauce! We have used it as a marinade, over chicken, steak and even tossed in salads. The flavor is rich but not heavy or sweet. So unique!! It is good on just about everything! Keeping several for our family, and purchasing some for gifts!!
