    Description

    For sale is a fiddle pattern coin silver teaspoon, marked ? GRISWOLD.  The spoon is 5 15/16 inches long and weighs 13 grams.  It has no drop, rounded shoulders and an upturned fiddle handle.  The spoon is monogrammed “CAH” on the handle front as shown.  It is marked [? GRISWOLD] [P] [PURE COIN]as shown, possibly for O.D. Griswold of Hartford, CT.
    Condition on the spoon is fairly good.  There are several small bowl dents and normal signs of use.  It has not been buffed.  A decent piece of coin silver.
