Description
As far as the references say, the Gorham Bust pattern originated around 1860. Charles Carpenter does not list the pattern in his book on Gorham Silver. Others have told me that the pattern may have originated in the mid 1850s. We are listing a fish serving set that I put together. Of course they were lonely, and now they are very happy. Both pieces are in very good condition and show some very nice bright cut work. The fish slice measures 11 5/8" and weighs 4.47 ozt. It is not monogrammed. The fork weighs 3.35 ozt. and is 8 5/8" long. It is monogrammed on the back "Laura E. Wick". We are also listing a Gorham Bust pie server in the next day or so. Please see our listings for Tiffany flatware and vases, and other fine pieces. Please contact us if you have any questions.
