    Handicraft Shop Inset Seated Liberty Quarters Coin Silver Serving Spoon. This
    is an oversized serving spoon, unusual for two reasons- it was handcrafted in a colonial style and marked coin during the early 1900’s
    when everything was Sterling.
    It has two Seated Liberty Quarters one dated 1857, the other 1882.Probably a custom made piece from someone’s silver coin hoard. Hallmark for the Handicraft Shop, Coin and a large L perhaps for silversmith Karl F. Leinonen.Photographed in as found estate condition, minor wear from age and use, will be gently hand polished prior to shipping. Approx 10 3/4”, 135.5g.
