    This mid 19th-century coin silver teaspoon by
    JO & W Pitkin of East Hartford, Ct
    , (retailed by
    IR Miller
    of
    Philadelphia
    ) is engraved with the initials of the original owner (JE) in script and is in
    fair vintage
    condition for its age. There is some orange-peel cracking to the silver to the reverse of the fiddle handle, and the spoon has seen better days.  Enjoy this spoon if you're a collector with your afternoon tea!
