    This is beautifully designed and hand crafted c1880
    Samuel Kirk
    silver (.917 pure)
    tea kettle on matching stand.
    In the Persian manner.
    The only example of Kirk in the
    Moorish or Persian taste
    we know of...
    The set features raised smooth surface "jewels"
    gradually increasing in size from rim to base,
    set in globe and twin wavy vine,
    against satin surface.
    Never monogrammed.
    Hallmarked as shown.
    This museum worthy, c1880 Samuel Kirk Persian style kettle on stand is 16 inches tall
    and the complete set weighs a touch over 111 standard ounces.
    In very fine condition.
    Interior clean as if little or never used.
    Retains original detail.
    Rich silver patina throughout.
    Stands firm on table.
    Retains both original chained skeleton key securing pins.
