    ” for Charles E. Bacon, Dover NH, working 1856 - 1875.
    8 1/2” in length, engraved “MAJ” on one spoon and “EE” on the second spoon in feathery script, on back of both spoon handles.  Chamfered, flared shoulders, double fiddle, upturned handles, with short front midrib.  Tips of bowls have some wear, but no loss of bowl shape.  Small, shallow dent in one bowl, no repairs.
