This listing includes Flat Rate freight shipping and the power wheelchair will arrive fully charged to your door and ready to go.  We only ship to the continental United States for the flat rate.  Additional freight fees apply to the non-continental states. Freight shipping delivery estimates are only estimates and actual delivery time depends on distance, weather, and carrier. Lift gate fees will be extra.
We ship Worldwide!
We charge a flat rate of 9 to ship anywhere in Canada by road, and 9 to the rest of the world by sea (terminal to terminal).
A tracking number and carrier information will be provided once the chair is shipped.
Shipping cost does not include any customs agent fees, import duties or any other cost associated with crossing National borders.  These costs are the buyers responsibility.
Returns / Refunds
- Please see the return options for this listing. If returns are accepted, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (cosmetic, mileage, function, etc). Most of our mobility equipment is used and the life expectancy is unknown which requires us to sell this product "AS IS". All equipment is tested when we receive it and re-tested before we ship it to you to ensure quality.  If you do have a problem when your wheelchair arrives, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve it. Due to freight shipping costs, seller actual shipping charges is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
