A rare set of ten 19
th
century coin silver dessert or ice cream spoons made by Hotchkiss & Schreuder in their Medallion pattern. The spoons have winged bowls with a gold vermeil finish.
Size: 5-7/8” long; total weight is 6.73 troy ounces
Mark: Stamped “H&S” on the underside of the handle
Condition: All are engraved “Leta” as I see it on the underside of the handles; one bowl has a small dent (last photo); some show wear to the gold vermeil; light tarnish and typical surface scuffs
