    Up for your consideration a coin silver spoon from the gilded age in New York. This is a serving spoon made in coin silver and marked by Gelston Ladd & Co. The back indicates this spoon to be used by a butler. It measures 8 3/4 inches long. It weighs 88 grams and good weight on it.
